This Grilled Chicken Salad recipe was inspired by my last trip to New York city a couple years ago. As my friends and I were visiting Chelsea Market, we came across this very cute restaurant called Friedman’s Lunch which offered a variety of delicious and tasty homemade comfort food. From breakfast to lunch, that place had so many options that I could not really decide at first, but I am glad I chose this salad!
